Between Berg and the Coiron Massif, at the entrance to the Ibie Valley, the “Rosalie &Sylvain” cottage welcomes you in a peaceful and authentic setting.
Located on the garden level, this approximately 60 m² stone-vaulted cottage offers a unique atmosphere: natural coolness, enveloping volumes, and a distinctive Ardèche charm.
A comfortable space, open to the outdoors
Designed for a stay that is both simple and enjoyable, the cottage includes:
- a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven), opening onto the outside through two French doors
- a dining area and TV lounge, with comfortable armchairs and an extra single bed (90 cm)
- a spacious bedroom with a 160 cm bed + a 90 cm bed and a workspace
- a polished concrete bathroom with a walk-in shower and WC
Outside, enjoy a private terrace with garden furniture and access to the swimming pool to make the most of sunny days.
At the rhythm of the Ibie Valley
From the estate, explore an unspoiled part of Ardèche:
- walks among vineyards, olive trees, and limestone landscapes
- picturesque villages
- hiking or cycling (electric bike rental available on site, subject to availability)
